Returns & Refunds
Shrey Nutraceuticals & Herbals offer you peace of mind with the provision of product returns or refunds, provided that the product is in new and re-saleable condition. Exchange or replacements are subject to stock availability of the particular product.
Products will not be eligible for return if the product is damaged/opened/misused, they are returned on basis of disliking the product, wrong product ordered or any other personal problems.
Product returns are possible within 7 days of the receipt of your package. You may contact us at email@example.com or use the returns link given at www.shreynutra.com at the bottom of the page.
Payments can only be refunded once the product is sent to us and received by Shrey Nutraceuticals & Herbals. The product should be unused and in good condition, with the original seals, packaging labels, boxes etc.
Once the product is sent back to us, it will be assessed for eligibility of refund. If it does not meet our criteria of product being in original condition, then the product would be shipped back to the customer without a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund and have paid by card, then it can be reversed. If you have paid by cash on delivery option, then we are able to issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
